Sazón (pronounced sah-sohn) is a blend of spices that is common is Latin cuisine. The exact ingredients and measurements vary by country and by family.
Sazón is my go-to spice and I combine 10 different spices for my version. It pairs well with tofu steaks, chickpeas, and red beans! However, if you eat meat it’s also great on fish, chicken, and steak.
