Every Sunday I prep my lunch for the week to ensure that I have a nutritious and delicious meal during work to help break my day up! I usually make 8 lunches and it takes me about an hour and half.
The menu this week is made up of: Hassleback Papa Chorreadas or Hassleback Potatoes Drizzled in Cheese Sauce, an Arugula Salad, and Scrambled Tofu.
