Halloween Eyeball Ice Cubes (eyes-cubes) are the fastest way to make party drinks look spooky, no special tools needed! Each sphere has a blueberry “pupil” and a subtle, veiny effect, then you top it with guava or another red juice for that creepy glow. These eyeball ice cubes work in Halloween punches, mocktails, and cocktails, and kids love them. You only need frozen wild blueberries, water, and a round ice tray. Make a batch the night before and you’re set.

Why you’ll love these:
- Zero cooking—just assemble and freeze.
- Dramatic effect with everyday ingredients.
- Guava-forward flavor!
- Works in juice, soda, seltzer, or your favorite spooky spritz.
What You’ll Need:
- Water (enough to fill your tray)
- Frozen wild blueberries (1 per cube)
- Guava juice or your favorite red juice (e.g., pomegranate, cranberry, cherry)
- Small round ice cube tray with lid (mini spheres works best)

Directions:
- Prep the “pupils.” Place one frozen blueberry into each well of your ice tray.
- Create the “veins.” With a clean fingertip, gently rub each blueberry against the tray to release a hint of color. This light stain becomes the veiny look once frozen.
- Fill & freeze. Slowly pour water to the brim (slow = blueberries stay centered). Tap the tray to release bubbles, cover with the lid, and freeze overnight.
- Unmold. Twist open and pop out your eyes-cubes.
- Serve spooky. Add eyes-cubes to a clear glass and top with guava juice (or any red beverage). For sparkle, finish with cold lemon-lime soda (optional).
