Hi there! My name is Karina and I’m so excited to share my passion for food on this platform with you. My goal is to showcase the Colombian-American cuisine, flavors, and recipes that I know and love.
My parents are both originally from Palmira, Colombia. I’ve lived in Miami, Greensboro, Wilmington, and most recently in Arlington within the DC Metropolitan Area.
As a Colombian-American, my palette reflects just that — Colombian and American flavors. While some dishes come from traditional Colombian recipes, most of what I create are fusions based on my personal preference, access to ingredients, and creativity. I hope you’ll join me on this journey and learn something new, get inspired, and try some recipes out yourself!
